Don't ask... don"t tell
something slipped out on npr today that i thought was really interesting. they were talking about the don't ask don't tell policy and they mentioned that they have had to let go of some Farsi translators because of don't ask don't tell and i went WHAT!!! they don't speak Farsi in Iraq or Afghanistan, they speak Farsi in Iran... hmmm... Looks like don't ask don't tell is on its way out though, which is good news. I guess I am not surprised that we are listening to Iran chatter, but i thought it was more of a conspiracy than that...
